Bokan; Loqman Pishyar sentenced to three years in prison
On Wednesday, December 6, Loqman Pishyar, a citizen of Bokan, was sentenced to three years in prison by the Revolutionary Court of this city.
The court accused this citizen of "membership and cooperation with one of the Kurdish opposition parties to the Iranian government".
On October 8, this Kurdish citizen was released from Bokan prison temporarily until the end of the judicial proceedings by depositing a one billion rial bail.
On October 4, Mr. Pishyar was transferred to Bokan prison after completing the interrogation stages at the Urmia Intelligence Detention Center.
This citizen was deprived of access to a lawyer and meeting with his family during his detention.
On the evening of Thursday, August 10, Loqman Pishyar was arrested by security forces without presenting a judicial order.
