November 29, 2023; The anniversary of the government killing of Ebrahim Sharifi-Far, one of the martyrs of the revolutionary uprising of Jin, Jiyan, Azadi in Bokan
On November 16, 2022, Ebrahim Sharifi-Far, 29, from Bokan, was severely wounded by shotgun pellets in his left eye, face, hand, chest, and abdomen during the protests in this city. He was transferred to one of the hospitals in Bokan and then to the "Seyed al-Shohada" hospital in Urmia, where he died on November 29, 2022, due to the severity of his injuries.
On November 29, 2022, on the 73rd day of the revolutionary uprising of Jin, Jiyan, Azadi and after the 40th day anniversary of the government killing of Jina-Mahsa Amini, which had turned into an important turning point for the protests; from November 15, the protests resumed and the number of killed and wounded increased significantly. On the 73rd day of the protests, another Kurdish citizen in Bokan was killed as a result of his injuries. Therefore, the Islamic Republic had committed the government killing of 109 Kurdish citizens since the beginning of the protests in Kurdistan.

On November 16, 2022, Ebrahim Sharifi-Far, 29, from Bokan, was severely wounded by shotgun pellets in his left eye, face, hand, chest, and abdomen during the protests in this city. He was transferred to the hospital of Bokan and then to the "Seyed al-Shohada" hospital in Urmia, where he died on November 29, 2022, due to the severity of his injuries.
This wounded protester was transferred to the hospital with delay and in critical condition due to the arrest of the wounded in the hospital by the repressive forces. His body was buried at three and a half in the morning due to the pressures of the security agencies.
Ebrahim Sharifi-Far had told his father in the last moments of his life; "Father, I will not survive, if I die tell people that my son is a martyr for the cause of Kurdistan."
This 29-year-old young man had been able to continue his education until sixth grade and was engaged in the profession of armature to earn a life for himself and his family.
Ebrahim Sharifi-Far was a sportsman and bodybuilder and had a lot of interest in cars.
