Continuation of arrest and ignorance of the status of a Marivan citizen

A month after the arrest of Yadollah Naderi, a Kurdish citizen from Marivan, there is no information about his situation.

According to an informed source, this 32-year-old citizen has been deprived of access to a lawyer, phone calls, and visits with his family so far.

The informed source added: that Mr. Naderi was a member of one of the Kurdish opposition parties to the Iranian government and had returned to Iran a month ago after receiving a letter of amnesty.

The informed source said: that Yadollah Naderi introduced himself to the Intelligence Office of Marivan after returning to Iran and was then transferred to an unknown location and there is no news about his situation.
