Siavash Hayati, the spokesperson of the Consultative Assembly of Yarsan Civil Activists and the Secretary of the United Kurdish Front, was sent on leave.

On November 9, 2023, Siavash Hayati, the spokesman of the Consultative Assembly of Yarsan Civil Activists and the secretary of the United Front of Kurds, was released on leave from Diesel Abad Prison in Kermanshah.

According to an informed source, Mr. Hayati has been sent on leave for a week, and a medical commission was supposed to be formed for his medical leave, but it has not been formed yet.

The spokesman of the Consultative Assembly of Yarsan Civil Activists suffers from liver, lung, prostate, and high blood pressure diseases and his medical leave had not been agreed for the past six months.

On May 14, 2023, Siavash Hayati was transferred to Diesel Abad Prison in Kermanshah for the execution of his prison sentence after being summoned to the first branch of the Criminal Enforcement Court of the General and Revolutionary Court of Islam Abad-e Gharb.

The spokesman of the Consultative Assembly of Yarsan Civil Activists received a summons on May 7, 2023, for the execution of his prison sentence.

Siavash Hayati was arrested on September 23, 2022, in the village of "Vargameh" in Dalahu district by security forces and went on a hunger strike from the beginning of his arrest.

He was transferred from the Intelligence Office of Kermanshah to Diesel Abad Prison on September 26, 2022, and was released on bail on October 8, 2022

Then, he was sentenced by Branch 5 of the Revolutionary Court of Kermanshah based in Islam Abad-e Gharb to one year of correctional imprisonment on charges of "propaganda activities against the system through interviews with television and opposition media and also addressing the victims of recent riots and calling the Islamic Republic of Iran a tyrant" based on Article 500 of the Islamic Penal Code.

Another charge against Mr. Hayati was "inciting people to slaughter and war to disrupt the country's security", which the court acquitted him of due to the lack of convincing evidence and also considering the principle of innocence based on Article 37 of the Constitution and Article 4 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Also, Branch One of the General and Revolutionary Court of Sahneh has referred his cases to the "assembly and collusion to commit a crime against internal security and propaganda activities against the Islamic Republic of Iran" to the General and Revolutionary Court of Tehran.

In the final order issued by the court against Mr. Hayati, it is stated that Branch One of the General and Revolutionary Court of Sahneh, by Article 419 and the verdict of Branch 5 of the Supreme Court and at the request of the Attorney General, has referred the prosecution of his charges to the judicial authorities of Tehran.

On December 1, 2022, Siavash Hayati and his companions, who had gone to Sahneh from Kermanshah to visit some of the released detainees of the November 18, 2022 ceremony, were arrested by security forces without presenting a judicial order along with beatings at the Bisotun Highway Police Station on their way back to Kermanshah.

On January 3, 2023, Mr. Hayati was released from Diesel Abad Prison in Kermanshah on bail after 33 days of detention and was summoned to Branch One of the General and Revolutionary Court of Sahneh on charges of "assembly and collusion to commit a crime against internal security" in February 2023.
