Oshnaviye; Shafi' Babkari was sentenced to imprisonment and paying a fine

On October 31, a Kurdish citizen named "Shafi' Babkari", 34 years old, son of Rashid from the village of "Kani Rash" in Oshnaviye, was sentenced to two years of imprisonment and a fine of 24 million tomans by the Revolutionary Court of this city headed by Judge "Rezaei".
According to an informed source, the court has accused this citizen of "membership in one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government".
Mr. Babkari was summoned to the Oshnaviye Intelligence Department on July 15 and was arrested and then released on bail.
