On the evening of October 28, 2023, a Kolbar (porter) named "Sarwar Sharifi" was injured after government soldiers fired at him on the "Kile" border of Baneh.

The government soldiers shot this Kolbar without prior warning and he was severely wounded in the head.

Sarwar was taken to medical centers for medical treatment and his general condition was reported to be unstable.

26-year-old Sarwar Sharifi is from "Kupich" village, Baneh district.
