Yaser Nouri, environmental activist sentenced to four months in prison

Yaser Nouri, an environmental activist from Javanrud, was sentenced to four months of imprisonment by Branch Four of the Revolutionary Court of Kermanshah on charges of "propaganda against the system".

The trial session of this environmental activist was held in recent days in Branch Four of the Revolutionary Court of Kermanshah and this verdict was notified to him on October 25.

On July 29, security forces arrested this environmental activist without presenting a judicial warrant resorting to violence in one of the streets of Javanrud, and transferred him to the oil field detention center in Kermanshah. After his arrest, the security forces raided his house and explored it.

This environmental activist was temporarily released after 12 days of detention by posting bail.
