Execution of a Kurdish prisoner in Lakan prison in Rasht

Early on Thursday, October 12, 2023, a prisoner named "Hossein Mohammadi" 52 years old from Bokan City was executed in Lakan prison in Rasht.

One of the relatives of this prisoner told Kurdpa: This prisoner was arrested about 15 years ago on charges related to drug crimes in Rasht and then sentenced to death by the judiciary.

This informed source added: The body of this prisoner is being transferred to Bokan city.

Hossein Mohammadi is from the village of "Tekan Tapeh" in Bokan, was married, and had two children.
