Hasan Mardani and Luqman Pishyar have been released from Bokan prison upon posting bail

On Sunday, October 8th, two Kurdish citizens, “Hassan Mardani” and “Luqman Pishyar” from Bokan were temporarily released from the prison of this city by depositing a bail of one billion Tomans each, until the end of the trial process.
On Friday night, August 10th, these two Kurdish citizens were arrested by security forces without a judicial decision and so far, no precise information has been received about the reason for their arrest and also the charges against them.
On Thursday, October 4th, they were transferred from the Urmia Intelligence Detention Center to Bokan Prison after completing the interrogation process.
During their detention period, they were deprived of access to a lawyer and to meet with their families.
