Arrest of Two Students from the School of Technical and Vocational Education for Girls in Sanandaj by Security Forces

On Sunday, August 13th, Zarayan Malayi and Zilan Malayi, students of architecture at the School of Technical and Vocational Education for Girls in Sanandaj, were arrested by security forces and taken to an undisclosed location.

According to an informed source, security forces raided the home of these two sisters in "17 Shahrivar (Farah) Street" without a judicial warrant and arrested them.

Zarayan Malayi is a student in the associate degree program of architecture, and Zilan Malayi is a student in the bachelor's degree program of architecture.

Zarayan and Zilan Malayi are the daughters of Jalil and Bahar.

As of the time of publishing this news, the reason for the arrest and the charges against these two Kurdish students are not available.
