Piranshahr; Severe Injury and Organ Impairment of a Citizen due to Mine Explosion
On Monday, July 24th, a Kurdish citizen named "Seyed Keyvan Seyedpoury," son of Seyed Ahmad from the village of "Qur Chaveh" in the outskirts of Piranshahr, was reported to be severely wounded and in critical condition as a result of a mine explosion.
According to an informed source, this citizen was injured in the vicinity of an abandoned military base while grazing livestock near the village of "Qur Chaveh" when the mine exploded.
The source added that in this incident, the Kurdish citizen's wrist was severed, and he sustained severe injuries to his eyes.
The informed source stated that Seyed Keyvan Seyedpoury was initially transferred to Piranshahr Hospital for medical treatment and due to the severity of his injuries, he was later transferred to a hospital in Urmia.
This 30-year-old citizen is married and has one child.
