Detention of three environmental activists in Sarvabad County
On Tuesday, June 20th, Mohsen Dadgar, Saeed Dadgar, and Yaser Saberi, environmental activists from Kamyaran County who had gone to the mountainous area of Kosalan to contain the forest fires, were detained by the forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) on their way back.
According to an informed source, the IRGC forces stopped the vehicle of these three environmental activists and informed them that traveling to the Kosalan mountains is prohibited. Without presenting a judicial order, they were then detained.
The source added that after the arrest, these three environmental activists were transferred to the security detention center in Sharamfar, Sanandaj.
Mohsen Dadgar and Saeed Dadgar are brothers.

In recent days, the forest areas of Kosalan Mountains have suffered significant damage to the environment as a result of artillery fire by the IRGC, causing severe forest fires.
