Sanandaj: Arrest of Eight Labor Activists by Security Forces
On Wednesday evening, May 17th, Hajar Saeedi, Abdullah Kheirabadi, Kamal Karimi, Shadman Abdi, Habibullah Karimi, Khabat Mahmoudi, Sirvan Mahmoudi, and Eqbal Pishkari, who are labor activists from Sanandaj, were detained by security forces.
According to an informed source cited by Kurdpa, these labor activists had gone to the paternal home of Hooman Abdollahi to commemorate his memory. Hooman Abdollahi was one of the casualties of the revolutionary uprising for women's rights, life, and freedom. Without presenting a judicial order, security forces raided Farshid Abdollahi's house and arrested them through the use of violence.
The source added that these labor activists were transferred to the detention center of the Sanandaj Intelligence Office for interrogation.
The informed source stated: Furthermore, security forces have subjected Farshid Abdollahi, the father of Hooman Abdollahi, to beatings.

Hooman Abdollahi was one of the casualties of the revolutionary uprising for women's rights, life, and freedom, who lost his life on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, in Sanandaj due to the gunfire of suppressive forces.
