Sadegh Samreai, a Kurdish teacher and filmmaker, was arrested in Kermanshah

On Tuesday, March 7th, Sadegh Samreai, a Kurdish teacher and filmmaker, was arrested by the security forces in his private home in "Pardis" town of Kermanshah.

 The security forces also searched the home of this Kermanshahi teacher and confiscated some of his personal belongings.

 Sadegh Samareai is one of the well-known Kurdish activists in Kermanshah.  "Banmeli", "A genius who does not know how to ride a horse" and "I am alone on a tall hill, a tree" are among the cinematic works of this Kurdish filmmaker.

 As of the moment of publishing this news, there is no information about the reason for the arrest and the charges against this Kurdish teacher.
