Piranshahr; Arrest of two citizens by security forces
On the morning of Wednesday, January 18th, two citizens named "Ahmad Abdullahpour" and "Shaho Abdullahpour" from Piranshahr have arrested by the security forces and taken to an unknown place.
According to an informed source, this father and son have arrested at home by the security forces without any court order.
As of the moment of publishing this news, there is no information about the reason for the arrest and the charges against these two Kurdish citizens.
Ahmed Abdullahpour was arrested by the security forces on Monday, December 10, 2018, and on Wednesday, February 17, 2019, he was sentenced to five months in prison by Branch 102 of the Piranshahr Criminal Court on the charge of "collaborating with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government." The sentence of this citizen was reduced to three months and 15 days of imprisonment by submitting to the vote, including the days of previous detention.
On Saturday, February 27, 2021 Ahmad Abdullahpour was sent to Naqdeh prison to serve the sentence, and he was released in April 2021 at the end of his imprisonment.
