Four Kurdish citizens were sentence to exile to Iranshahr city in Sistan and Baluchistan

 On the evening of Friday, the 13th of January, four Kurdish citizens named "Mansour Sharban", "Ajdar (Hajar) Abbasi", "Hiwa Ghorbani Aghdam" and "Mohammed Eliasi" from Bokan were banished to Iranshahr in the province of Sistan and Baluchistan. 

 On Sunday, January 9, 2022, these four Kurdish citizens were sentenced to exile in Iranshahr city by the first branch of Mahabad Revolutionary Court.

 The court's ruling stated: The court based on Article 279 and Clause D of Article 282 of the Islamic Penal Code approved in 2013 and considering the beginning of Article 610 of the Book of Tazeerat approved in 1997 in terms of verifying the act committed by the defendants as muharibeh and in accordance with the concept of Article 283 and  284 of the Islamic Penal Code condemns Mansour Sharban and Ajdar Abbasi to Iranshahr city for five years and Hiwa Ghorbani Aghdam and Mohammad Eliasi to Iranshahr city for three years.

 The court had noted that the sentence enforcement unit should fully comply with the provisions of Article 285 in the execution of the issued sentence and refrain from granting privileges and friendship rights such as leave, open vote, parole and suspension to the accused.

 These four Kurdish citizens were transferred from Mahabad prison to Bokan prison on February 9, 2020 , and then they were released on temporary bail until the end of the proceedings.

 On Saturday, April 7, 2019, Mohammad Eliasi, the son of Mustafa and Hiwa Ghorbani Aghdam, the son of Rahim, from the village of "Qaragol" in Bokan, were arrested by the security forces on the charge of "collaborating with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government".

 Mansour Sharban, son of Ali from the village of "Ibrahim Abad" and Ajdar Abbasi, son of Mahyadin from the village of "Gogjali" in Bokan, were also arrested by the security forces on the charge of "collaboration with the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government".
