According to a report received by Kurdistan Press Agency (Kurdpa), on Monday 31th of April, “Tahsin Dadras” from “Srdush” village in the city of Mariwan was transferred to the city’s Central Prison after being held in the Sna’s Information Detention Center for over 152 days.

During this time, the authorities denied “Tahsin Dadras” family visitation as well as access to legal representation. The authorities further refused to give his family information on his whereabouts.

A source close to “Tahsin Dadras” told Kurdpa that “it is expected that he will be released from detention on bail in the next few days”.

Tahsin Dadras was detained on charges of “cooperation with one of the Kurdish opposition parties to the Iran regime”.
