15 People Were Arrested in Protest at Working Conditions in Dariyan Dam in Pawa (Iran)

Kurdpa - Following 7 months of unpaid wages of native workers in Dariyan Dam located in Pawa (in Kermanshah province in the west of Iran), the workers and residents of Dariyan village have held protests at the employer\'s office.

Kurdpa News Agency reported, on Feb. 14 in the wake of the protests, number of 15 protesters were detained by the military forces.

The protests have been held due to 7-month unpaid salary to the workers by the \"Koulham\" company, and because of firing native workers and Hiring non-native labors.

Following these protest movements, the governor of Pawa city ordered to arrest the protesters and eventually the military forces of the Islamic regime of Iran detained them.
