Oshnavieh; Hashem Khoran was sentenced to prison

 The First Branch of the Oshnavieh Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Rezaei, sentenced a Kurdish citizen named Hashem Khoran, the son of Osman from the village of Alian in the Dasht-e-Bill, district of ​​Oshnavieh, to two years and six months in prison.

 The citizen's trial was held on Sunday, March 13th, at the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court in Oshnavieh, and the court sentenced him to two years and six months in prison on charges of "collaborating with a Kurdish opposition party in Iran."

 On Wednesday, July 28, 2021, Hashem Khoran was temporarily released from Oshnavieh Prison on bail of 500 million Tomans until the end of the trial.

 The citizen was denied "access to a lawyer" and "family visits" during his detention.

 On Thursday, June 23, 2021, security forces raided the village of Alian, arrested Hashem Khoran without any warrant, and transferred him to a security detention center in Urmia for questioning.

 During the arrest of this citizen, the security forces searched his personal house and confiscated his personal belongings.

 The citizen was transferred to Oshnavieh Prison after interrogation.
