Hundreds of Kurdish Kolbar are shot and killed while others are injured as a result of the shootings of these forces.
Kurdish civil activists call this indiscriminate shooting and killings tragic as many are forced into poverty due to lack of employment opportunity and are subsequently shot and killed by the regime forces upon trying to provide for their families through Kolbari.
