An informed source confirmed this news to Kurdpa, stating that despite 20 days having passed since the arbitrary detention of "Pejman Amani," an 18-year-old Kurdish youth from Saqqez, he continues to be held in an unknown location under interrogation by the Saqqez Intelligence Department, and there is no information about his condition and fate.

"Pejman Amani," an 18-year-old youth from Saqqez and the son of "Ebrahim," was arrested on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, during a raid on his family home by security forces without presenting a judicial warrant. Furthermore, during his arrest, his own mobile phone and those of his family members—including his father, mother, and brother—were seized and taken by security forces without legal authorization.

As of the time of publication of this report, the reasons for the arrest of this Kurdish citizen remain unknown, and security forces have provided no explanation in this regard.
