Bojnord; 4 days of arbitrary detention and lack of information regarding the fate of Soroush Dabirmanesh, a Kurdish youth

February 10, 2026; Following 4 days since the arbitrary detention of “Soroush Dabirmanesh,” a Kurmanj Kurdish youth from “Bojnord,” there is still no information regarding his fate or place of residence, and his relatives are intensely worried about his life and status.

According to an informed source speaking to “Kurdpa,” “Soroush Dabirmanesh” was arrested by security forces on Saturday, February 7, 2026, without the presentation of a judicial warrant and was transferred to an unknown location. Since then, no information has been available concerning his whereabouts or condition.

During his period of detention, this Kurdish youth has been completely deprived of the right to access a lawyer, as well as contact and visitation with his family. The continuation of this absolute lack of communication has intensified the grave concerns of his family and relatives regarding his safety and fate.
