An informed source confirmed the news to Kurdpa, stating: On August 27, 2026, "Hadi Reboseh" (known as "Hadi Chenarehi") was arrested at his home without a judicial warrant following a raid by Intelligence Department security forces and transferred to an unknown location. A few days after his arrest, he briefly called relatives to inform them that he was being held at the Intelligence Department detention facility in Sanandaj.
According to the source, Hadi Reboseh is a well-known and respected local environmental activist who is widely regarded for his consistent presence across various regions of Kurdistan to assist in extinguishing wildfires and leading environmental initiatives.
Hadi Reboseh, 36 years old, is married, a father of two, and works as a laborer to support his family.
