Oshnavieh – Arbitrary Arrest of Yaser Sharifian, Rashid Faghizadeh, and Omid Ebrahimi

In the early hours of Wednesday, May 7, 2025, three Kurdish citizens — Yaser Sharifian, Rashid Faghizadeh, and Omid Ebrahimi, all from Oshnavieh, were arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to an informed source, security agents raided the homes of these individuals without presenting any judicial warrant and detained them.
Omid Ebrahimi has a prior history of arrest and conviction.
As of the time of this report, the reasons for their arrest and the charges against them remain unknown.
