Naser Soltani was transferred to Naghdeh prison to serve his sentence

On December 10, 2023, a Kurdish citizen named "Naser Soltani" son of Rahman from the village of "Khornaj" in Piranshahr was summoned to the first branch of the criminal execution court of the public and revolutionary prosecutor's office of this city and introduced himself to Naghdeh prison to serve his sentence.
This citizen had previously been sentenced by the public and revolutionary court of Mahabad to 9 months and 15 days of imprisonment on charges of "propaganda activities in favor of one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government".
Mr. Soltani was arrested without a judicial order on July 4, 2023, and was temporarily released on bail after the completion of the interrogation stages.
