Piranshahr; Mohsen Ghaderi was transferred to Naghdeh prison to serve his prison sentence
On Tuesday, October 31st, a Kurdish citizen named "Mohsen (Mostafa) Ghaderi" 30 years old, son of Tahir, from the village of "Gazgask" in Piranshahr, was transferred to Naghdeh prison to serve his prison sentence.
This citizen was sentenced by the Revolutionary Court of Mahabad to two years and six months of correctional imprisonment on charges of "membership in one of the Kurdish opposition parties to the Iranian government".
Also, Mr. Ghaderi was sentenced by Branch 102 of the Criminal Court Two of Piranshahr, headed by Judge "Reza Ghorbani Saatloo", on charges of "disrupting public order and security" to pay 50 million rials in cash to the Islamic Republic of Iran's government fund instead of three months of correctional imprisonment and 40 lashes of correctional whipping away from public view and in a roofed place and other than the head and face and genitals.
On February 14, 2023, Mohsen Ghaderi was temporarily released from Naghdeh prison by depositing a bail of four billion tomans.
On January 18, 2023, this Kurdish citizen was arrested without presenting a judicial verdict by security forces and transferred to one of the security detention centers in Urmia for interrogation.
This citizen was transferred to Naghdeh prison after completing the interrogation stages.
