Bokan; Mohammad Haji Rasoulpour, one of the detainees of the recent protests, died in the hospital

This morning, Monday, the 19th of December, Mohammad Haji Rasoulpour, a former political prisoner and one of the detainees of the recent Bokan protests, who was in a coma in the hospital of this city, died.

 This former political prisoner was hospitalized in the ICU department of "Qolipour" hospital in Bokan since the 13th of December.

 This 57-year-old citizen was released from Bokan prison on Tuesday, December 13th, due to his worsening condition, and was transferred to the hospital due to his serious physical condition.

 Mohammad Haji Rasoulpour had lost the ability to speak due to his serious physical condition.

 Mr. Haji Rasoulpour was severely tortured by the security forces during his detention.

 With the beginning of the nationwide uprising, Mohammad Haji Rasoulpour was arrested twice by the security forces.

 He was arrested by the security forces on the evening of Saturday October 1st, and was released on Monday,October 17th, after posting bail.

 Also, this former political prisoner was arrested again on November 23rd, and after his condition worsened, he was released from Bokan prison on Tuesday, December 13th, after posting a bail of 500 million tomans.

 On Wednesday, April 23th, this year, Mohammad Haji Rasoulpour was released from Bokan prison after completing his sentence.

 This citizen was previously sentenced to five months in prison by Branch 101 of the Bokan Criminal Court headed by Judge "Payman Rostami" on the charge of "propaganda against the regime in favor of one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government".
