March 4, 2026; In the early hours of Wednesday, March 4, 2026, in the continuation of missile and drone attacks on political refugee camps in the “Kurdistan Region of Iraq,” a hospital in the “Amiriyeh” camp belonging to the “Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan” in the city of “Koya” was targeted.

An informed source, while confirming this news, told “Kurdpa”: Due to the continuation of attacks in recent days, this hospital had been evacuated beforehand, and as a result, this attack did not lead to any casualties. According to this source, previously, one of the staff members of the “Azadi” camp hospital had been wounded during the attacks.

Since Sunday, March 1, 2026, drone and missile attacks against the camps of Kurdish parties stationed in the “Kurdistan Region of Iraq” began and continue to persist. In these attacks, the headquarters and camps of parties such as the “Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan,” the “Kurdistan Freedom Party,” the “Komala Party of Iranian Kurdistan,” and the “Komala of the Toilers of Kurdistan” in the provinces of “Erbil” and “Sulaymaniyah” have been targeted.

It is worth mentioning that the families and children of the members of these parties reside in the political refugee camps of the Kurdish parties. Furthermore, service and public centers including hospitals, libraries, schools, and civil institutions are active in these camps; a matter that has increased concerns regarding the security of the civilians residing in these areas.
