According to an informed source speaking to Kurdpa: On Tuesday, September 1, 2026, "Nahid Kasnazani," a 48-year-old Kurdish woman, daughter of Mohammad and resident of "Kasnazan" village near Saqqez, was arrested without a judicial warrant and transferred to an unknown location after six vehicles carrying armed security forces raided the village, placing it under full military enclosure.
It is worth noting that during this security and armed raid on Kasnazan village, the entire area was militarized, and residents were prohibited from leaving their homes. Furthermore, Ms. Kasnazani's family was subjected to pressure and threats, being forced to hand over all of her personal belongings and mobile phone without any legal documentation.
