Arrest of Three Kurdish Citizens by Security Forces in Mahabad
Three Kurdish citizens named "Maml Sharifi," son of Mataleb, "Arsalan Khairi," son of Esmaeil, and "Hiwa Rahnesheen," son of Khodr, from the village of "Bafarvan" in the vicinity of Mahabad, were arrested by security forces and taken to an undisclosed location.
According to an informed source speaking to Kurdpa, on Tuesday, August 15th, security forces arrested Maml Sharifi and Arsalan Khairi without presenting any judicial warrant.
The source added that on Wednesday, August 16th, Hiwa Rahnesheen was also arrested without any judicial warrant by security forces.
As of the time of publishing this news, there is no information available regarding the reason for the arrest and the charges brought against these three citizens.
In the same context, in the early morning of Thursday, the 25th of August, three Kurdish citizens named "Shirko Nasiri," "Hedayat Khaste," son of Ali, and "Ashkan Rasouli," son of Ali, from the city of Gug Tappeh in Mahabad, were arrested by security forces and taken to an undisclosed location.
