1849 Kolbars have been killed and wounded in the past 11 years

Kurdpa Human Rights Organization statistics center presents the statistics of the killed and injured people of Kolbars during the last 11 years (from 2012 to 2022) in a separate statistical report till the end of 2022.

A representation of this statistic is as follows;

• From 2012 to 2022, a total of 1849 Kolbars have been killed and injured (552 killed and 1297 injured).

• 32 people killed and wounded Kolbars were under 18 years old.

• More than 76% of these Kolbars were killed and wounded by direct shooting of the Islamic Republic of Iran's military forces.

• Killed and injured due to the fall from height with 7%, due to freezing and avalanche 6% and due to mine explosion with 5% are the percentages of the most important causes of deaths and injuries among Kolbars.

• Killed and wounded under 18:  Farhad Minaei and Ramin Bavajani, 15 and 16 years old, from Salas Babajani was injured by direct fire from military forces, and Amanj Azarpour, 17 years old, from Saqqez, was injured by a mine explosion.
