Kurdpa Agency: A Kurdish Kolbar was targeted directly by the government troops at the border areas of the city of Khoy.

According to a report by the Kurdistan Press Agency, on Friday 12 of July, a 29-year-old Kurdish Kolbar named "Karim Farsi" from the Ghotor region near the village of "Tarsabad", Khoy was wounded by direct firings of the government troops.

He had been shot at a nearby distance, without prior warning, on suspicion of carrying smuggled goods.

This Kolbar, who is married and has two children, was transferred to a hospital in Urmia due to the severity of the injuries.
