Deprivation of a Kurdish political prisoner from leave of absence

 Kurdpa Agency: A Kurdish political prisoner from Marivan has been deprived to leave of absence during his imprisonment.

 According to a report by the Kurdistan Press Agency, a Kurdish political prisoner, "Tahsin Dadras" from the village of Sardush, Marivan, has been deprived from leave of absence during his imprisonment and so far Marivan prison officials have refused to grant him leave.

 According to an informed source, this Kurdish prisoner was transferred to prison to serve his sentence a year ago and during this time, he was deprived of leaveing. 

 On Thursday evening, November 30th, 2017, Tahsin Dadras was arrested by intelligence forces for "collaborating with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government" and was transferred from the Marivan Ettelaat Bureau to Sanandaj Ettelaat Bureau after a week of detention.

 On August 2018, this Kurdish citizen was sentenced to eleven years in discretionary imprisonment prison in the trail court for "acting against national security and cooperating with the Kurdish opposition parties" and was later his sentence changed to six years in the Sanandaj appeals court. 

 This Kurdish political prisoner was deprived from "accessing to lawyer" during his detention.
