Two people were publicly executed in Sarpol-Zahab

Kurdpa agency: Two Kurdish men were executed in Iran. They had previously been sentenced to death by the Iranian Islamic government judiciary system.

According to Kurdpa news agency, on the early morning of (7am) Jan 8th 2017 two individual who had been charged for robbery from a jewellery shop in last June in Sarpol-Zahab were hanged.

Revolutionary court announced this arm robbery as the act of espionage .The court charged two out of four detainees involved in this robbery for Moharabeh.

\"\"In shooting gunfire between detainees and the local police, a police officer from Kermanshah who was in the jewllery shop for personal matter was killed.

Kurdpa stated that the names of two whom were executed are Rouhullah Keshtmad and Sajad Zar-Sineh, both from city of Elam.
According to some Media the execution was carried out in the place near to where the police officer was killed in Sarpol-Zahab. The security and governmental official presented at the time of executing the verdict.

\"\"These executions were carried out in one of the city within Kermanshah province while recently in other cities such as Rawansar, local people organised a campaign to prevent another execution by seeking to satisfy the next kin of victims to forgive the perpetrator.

At the end of the last month another Kurdish citizen from city of Elam was publicly executed.

According to Kurdpa statistics 90 Kurdish citizens of Iran were executed on variety of sentences and charges over the past year.
